In-Person Healing Sessions

Hands on Intuitive Sessions are a relaxing and deeply healing option for those looking to connect with their spirituality and explore gentle ways for to facilitate their own healing.

Gentle touch is applied on some areas of the body if it is comfortable for the client, but in some situations or areas, I will mobilize energy simply by hovering my hands over top.

I work with Reiki, Meridian systems, personalized guided meditations and crystals to give my clients the results they are looking for. For some this may be a refresh of energy, removal of stagnant energy or trapped emotions, relief from physical pain, a decrease in feelings of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and much more. I am always happy to answer any questions for potential or current clients.

*This form of healing is a complementary therapy and I will not work on any physical ailments or injuries that have not or are not currently being seen by a physician or licensed health care professional.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a unique, hands on bodywork technique that mobilizes the body's own healing abilities by making moves over muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It is characterized by not only the moves but also the pauses during which the body is given time to process and respond the sensations before moving on. 

Some conditions treated include: musculoskeletal issues due to injury or posture, TMJ, headaches & migraines, reproductive issues, digestive and respiratory conditions, and more. 

Take advantage of a low introductory rate as I gain practice hours towards certification.

Mindful Movement Classes

NEXT OFFERING: July 2024! This series will focus on somatic movements to foster mind-body connection and allow us to tune into the needs and teachings of our bodies and release chronic stress and tension holding patterns. 

Gentle movements, breathwork, and short meditations will ease the mind, reduce stress, and relieve tension. 

Classes are limited to four attendees and it is recommended that the entire four part series is attended as it is progressive, however, drop-ins may be considered.

Group Offerings

Co-facilitated with Denise Elysa, our groups are offered once a month and scheduled around the energies of Full Moons and/or Equinox or Solstice. These gatherings are for everyone and can include somatic movements, unique guided meditations, rituals, ceremony, energy healing, tea + refreshments, and community with likeminded spiritual people. 

We have found our new home for these events! Our gatherings will also include hot/cold thermotherapy cycles as available until the summer months.

Sessions for Children

Children are extremely receptive to this type of healing and very sensitive to the energies, so it is such a pleasure to work with them.

Sessions for kids or babies are structured a little different and are shorter than adult sessions as it is not as easy for them to stay still for extended periods (although my kids know, love, and ask to lay on the Reiki table now!). It is best to schedule a call with me so we can discuss your child's specific needs and decide which options will be best suited to help.

**Energy healing is safe and enjoyable for pregnant people and infants too!

Animal Healing

As a previous small animal veterinary technician, and long time horse/barn owner, working with animals is one of my forever passions. It is no secret that animals are on a different level when it comes to sensing and receiving energy from others and their surroundings. My work with animals is always animal-led and never forced. If the animals is not having it (has not happened yet!), there will be no charge for the session.

Animal treatments are done from the comfort of the animal's home/living space to ensure that they are in their most relaxed state.

I use a blend of Meridian massage and Reiki in my work with animals, and so a portion may be hands off while the animal receives if this is what they prefer. Lots of animals, once they feel the energy flowing and have relaxed will come up and position their bodies on my hands to where they need to receive. It is really cool to see!

** There may be a travel fee applied and animal healing sessions and are only booked after an initial meeting/discussion.
